"Folies" are situated at a verdurous area, in the Alepou suburb, just a couple of minutes off Corfu Town. The complex consists of 22 two-room apartments and 7 studios, all fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, air-conditioning. Appearing ideal for those who wish to spend their holidays in a place close enough to downtown, without compromising the green scenery, might serve as well those who search for a permanent residence with the respective qualification throughout the year.

 All apartments have a big yard with lawn, flowers and trees while "Folies" provide to their residents two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. The distance from Corfu town is only 2km, the international airport "I. Kapodistrias" is half way far and the Port just 1.5km. Walk less than 200m. and you'll find the closest super market while a traditional bakery is located no farther than 50m. At the same distance, there is an urban (blue) bus stop.
